Food Vendor Information:

Food Concession Vendors interested in selling food items at our events should print out the food vendor interest form below and mail it in with pictures of your set-up. If there is availability, we will reach out to you. Please keep in mind that we strive to not have several of the same type of food vendors at our events. Priority is given to returning food vendors before adding new ones.

NOTICE: Our food concessionaires pay substantial fees for the rights to sell foodstuffs at our events, which helps keep down the costs for regular vendors and spectators. If you wish to bring home baked goods, produce, packaged food items, etc, BE SURE to contact our Concession Managers in advance, to verify if this will acceptable! Generally speaking, we do allow the sale of “grocery” style foods, which are packaged in quantities for customers to take home and eat, but do NOT allow sales of food items for immediate consumption. For example, a person selling whole loaves of baked bread would usually be allowed to do so. But selling slices of bread with butter, jelly, or etc would not be permitted. All decisions regarding the suitability of foodstuffs for our event our solely decided based on the judgement of our management, so please ask in advance. ALSO: You must have all required permits, licenses, health certificates, etc, and must have your food items marked as required by law showing all ingredients, potential allergens, etc. Contact the Scioto County Health Dept if you have questions about these requirements. 1-740-353-5153.
