ANNOUNCEMENT:

The management of Lucasville Trade Days and the Scioto County Fairgrounds have agreed on dates for the 2024 show season, and they are as follows:

April 20-21, 2024

June 8-9, 2024

September 14-15, 2024

DETAILS:

Hours of operation (general admission times): Friday 3pm-7pm, Saturday 7a-7p, Sunday 7a-4p

Vendors who have held spaces at previous events will be given first choice to renew those spaces (April show to April show, June to June, etc.) (see VENDOR section of this website).

NO SNAKES CAN BE BROUGHT ONTO THE FAIRGROUNDS TO BE CARRIED, SOLD, OR TRADED PER THE SCIOTO COUNTY FAIR BOARD.

Camping will be available onsite.  There is limited camping available inside the show - it is normally reserved for concession vendors and vendors with special needs (on a first come, first serve basis).  Spectators who wish to camp will be able to purchase a space in the North camping lot.

No golf carts, motorcycles, bicycles, etc, may be used on the grounds at any time. Mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, etc, may be used by anyone with legitimate medical need.

ALL FOOD SALES  REQUIRE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT with the event promoter. No soft drinks, water, food, fruit, etc, may be sold without specific permission. Food vendors wishing to operate food concessions at Lucasville Trade Days should contact the phone number on this website, or contact us via email.

Parking will be FREE on Fairground lots (limited to available space). Early Bird Shopping starts Friday afternoon at 3 pm. Admission is just $7.00 per person for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As always, kids 12 & under are free (must be accompanied by adults). 

Handstamps will be required for re-entry.

Vendors will be given window stickers, which must be firmly affixed to the OUTSIDE of the front windshield, on the lower corner of the driver’s side.  If you need to park in vendor parking, please see us in the office for a wristband so that you can get in through the gate without having to pay admission.
